Discover Relief with Spinal Decompression Therapy

What is Spinal Decompression?

Spinal Decompression is a non-surgical therapeutic treatment designed to relieve pressure on the spinal discs and nerves in your neck and lower back. Herniated discs (or bulging discs) can cause pain in the spine but they can also pinch one, or more, of your nerves, producing pain and/or numbness and tingling in your arms and legs. Spinal Decompression produces a negative pressure in your discs which creates a vacuum effect and pulls the herniated or bulging disc back to its correct position. This will reduce the pain in your neck and/or back and will release pressure on the pinched nerve. We offer both Cervical (Neck) and Lumbar (Low Back) Spinal Decompression at our offices.

How it Works
Your physical therapist will perform a thorough evaluation to determine the best treatment plan for you. Using a state-of-the-art Spinal Decompression machine, targeted forces are applied to the spine, gently stretching it to relieve pressure, releasing pinched nerves and correcting the position of your bulging and/or herniated disc. Regular sessions allow for ongoing assessment and adjustment of your treatment plan to ensure optimal results.
